Naming opportunities

Upon completion, Betty Irene Moore Hall will not only become the primary home for the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing, but will provide much needed resources for interprofessional education within UC Davis Health and the School of Medicine. The project’s vision will be realized by successfully catalyzing the community, fostering learning and developing health care leaders of the future who inspire creativity, discovery and innovation.

Active Learning Propeller Tables

At the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing, we know nurse leaders, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other health care professionals do not work in a vacuum—they work as teams. When we prepare our students to become health care leaders, we know the shared learning experiences they have in our classrooms today will teach them to solve problems effectively in a collaborative work environment later.

Our propeller-shaped tables are strategically designed to support engaged learning and collaboration. Each wing—seating seven students—creates an atmosphere where new ideas are not only heard, but they are discussed, debated and remembered.

With your gift or pledge of $3,000 to the Betty Irene Moore Hall Capital Support Fund, you will secure a designated plaque on one of the signature propeller tables in the new building.

Whether you give as a group or as an individual, you can help our students soar to new heights. Join us now in this limited opportunity to make your mark in Betty Irene Moore Hall. Help us elevate how and where our students learn with your gift to the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing today.
