Title:
Consultant, Pharmacy Strategy and Quality

Education:

  • BS in Business Administration – Finance, California State University–Sacramento, 2007
  • MS in Organization Development, Pepperdine, 2017

Practice Philosophy:
Learn to think differently and design around people. Whether it’s process improvement, project management, strategy or communications – people are always at the center. My focus is on developing systems and structures that serve the people affected by them. I work across teams and leverage standards, structure and technology to organize and support our day to day work with the goal of making it easier to get that work done and to be transparent. My approach to improvement work is to stay curious, be flexible, fail fast and most importantly – go to where the work gets done.
