The hepatology team at UC Davis Health are known for their outstanding commitment to patient care and research in acute and chronic liver diseases. We are currently involved in a number of clinical and basic science research studies that allow us to offer the most advanced treatments for patients with liver diseases. We have specific interests in hepatitis C and B, primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, non-alcoholic and alcoholic fatty liver disease, and have a multi-disciplinary approach to our treatment and management of liver cancer. In addition, we provide follow-up care for patients who have had a liver transplant at UC Davis Health.
