The Credentialing Documents Checklist outlines the documents that must be submitted prior to accepting an interview, when accepting a position in the program and prior to starting the program. Locate and carefully review the Credentialing Documents Checklist that applies to you based on your graduation date and whether you completed your N.P. program within or outside of California.

Applicants are strongly advised to plan well in advance to meet these deadlines. Waiting to start the certification process until you are offered an interview or are accepted into the program may not allow enough time to meet the deadlines, which could cause you to be dropped from the program.
