Our center aims to transform how health care providers care for patients. We look for ways to provide personalized and convenient care through our provider-to-provider telehealth program. We also seek to use technology to enhance independent living for people of all ages.

We provide support and educational opportunities for UC Davis Health nurses and health professionals. Our center serves as a hub for many clinical endeavors throughout Northern California through onsite instruction and virtual learning programs.

As a level 1 Comprehensive Education Institute through the American College of Surgeons, we provide world-class education by setting a standard of excellence and innovation. Our state-of-the-art health care simulation center is focused on supporting medical education and research activities.

As an interfaith professional education for ministry and personal development, we prepare spiritual care providers to serve in many contexts. Our training is an extensive work-learn education experience to allow for skill development and reflection.

With rapid advancements in medical discovery, health professionals must translate this into practice faster than ever before. We seek to provide easily accessible education tailored to all learning styles – from students to lifelong health care providers.

Our program is a 48-week hospital-based program at UC Davis Medical Center and UC Davis Health clinics throughout the Sacramento region. We provide one-to-one mentorship in a variety of areas, including adult and pediatric trauma, NICU, and ambulatory and community clinics.

Investing in graduate medical education assures that residents and health professionals of tomorrow are prepared for the evolving health care needs of California and the nation. We are committed to excellence in education of physicians during residency training.

Students in our program have access to a broad range of systems, expertise and data at the intersection of health and technology. Our faculty are based in diverse areas across UC Davis – spanning health care, schools of medicine and nursing, engineering, and veterinary medicine.

Our goal is to develop the public health leaders of the future by providing a high-quality master’s degree curriculum in partnership with the public health community. We collaborate with departments across UC Davis Health, as well as local health departments and nonprofit agencies.

This program guides students to become highly educated public health research professionals prepared for leadership roles in government, community, and academic health agencies or centers. Our training enables students to meet future health needs of our society, particularly those of diverse populations.

We have many exciting research career development opportunities. Our research program, marked by collaboration and partnership, is quickly growing. We have research studies underway in basic science, as well as translational and clinical research.

Our program looks to train the next generation of stem cell scientists and laboratory technicians. We have opportunities for people just starting out as well as those looking to supplement their scientific training.
